Complete EPC Scope

BN provides an integrated EPC solution covering the full project lifecycle from engineering through final commissioning and handover. The typical scope includes:

  • Engineering design, equipment selection, system layouts, hydraulic / discharge arrangement, cause-and-effect requirements and installation details.
  • Supply of FM-200 cylinders, discharge piping, nozzles, release and control panels, detection devices, alarm devices, interfaces, cabling and associated accessories.
  • Installation of agent cylinders, piping networks, supports, nozzles, detection and control devices, wiring and system interfaces.
  • Integration of clean-agent release functions with fire detection, alarm, shutdown and facility interface requirements as applicable to each protected room.
  • Pre-commissioning inspections, continuity and loop checks, functional tests, system verification, commissioning and final handover.
  • Preparation of testing / commissioning records and training of the client operating and maintenance teams on system operation, response and routine inspection requirements.
